Our Head Chef/ Owner Melissa Vanisi has over 18 years experience in the industry ranging from Fine dining, functions then ending up on the café scene Having observed the forever-changing culture over the years she has developed a menu that will meet different tastes and needs, we like to think of everyone, from gluten, vegan, children. She ensures that only the freshest of produce is used and prepared with passion.
